The term Imperial Transmissions or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose address is 602-B East Chatham St., Cary, NC 27511. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:


We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to us at 602-B East Chatham St., Cary, NC 27511.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Normal shipping time is 7-21 business days from when you place the order.Please allow more time during the holidays or in the event of weather delays

Installation Policy

The transmission must be installed by a qualified mechanic

We are not responsible for anything broken during the installation process

You are responsible for all cost of repairs if the transmission is damaged during the installation process

We do not ship to a residence


We are not responnsible for and unseen delays in shipping that is out of our control



All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.

A 25% Restocking Fee applies to all returns.

A 5% cancellation fee will apply if the order needs to be cancelled the next business day after it was placed.

All shipments that are refused are subject to the normal restocking fees as well as the cost to ship our item back

We do not charge for shipping as long as it is delivered to a business and a dock or forklift is present.If these are not present you are responsible for picking your unit up and dropping off the core at the nearest freight facilty.

Even though there is free shipping in the event of a return you will be charged a shipping charge in the amount of $200-$300.
All sales final (No returns, credits, or refunds) after 14 days.
All warrantys cover parts only, additional labor charges (programming) and/or shipping charges may be required.
Any part returned for a refund that is determined by Imperial Transmissions to have been broken by the customer will not receive any refund.
All Warranty claims will be honored at Imperial Transmissions (The Company) discretion. The company reserves the right to deny warranty coverage if the company deems that they are not responsible for damages to the part (collision, lack of proper maintenance, water damage, etc.)

You are responsible for any extra freight charges incurred for the shipping of your transmission to you or the shipping of the core back to us.We are not responsible for any liftgate charges,redelivery fees or any special handling fees.Any additional fees incurred will be applied agasinst your core deposit
